I've created a five-pillar approach to postpartum work rooted in traditional wisdom, inspired by The First Forty Days by Heng Ou — expanded to honor the diverse needs of modern families. These pillars hold everything I bring to the sacred transition after birth.

What to expect

Free discovery call
We spend 30 minutes getting to know each other — your birth story, your hopes, and how I can best support you.

Prenatal in-home visit (included)
A 90-minute session before baby arrives. We walk through your home, talk through your preferences, and build your postpartum care plan together.
3
Postpartum visits begin
In-home visits of 4 hours minimum, Monday through Friday. I'm fully present for whatever you need most that day.
4
Ongoing check-ins
Between visits I'm available by text. We adjust as your needs evolve through the fourth trimester.
