 I’ve created a five-pillar approach to postpartum work rooted in traditional wisdom, inspired by The First Forty Days, and expanded to honor the diverse needs of modern families. These pillars hold everything I bring to the sacred transition after birth.

$75 per hour with a 4-hour minimum per visit

Additional Services 

Home Preparation

$150 - $300

A 2-4-hour in-home visit (ideally at 32-36 weeks) to complete your intake questionnaire, organize and set up your space, and review any final to-do's before baby's arrival.

Postpartum Chef

$85/hour plus the cost of groceries

Nourishing, homemade meals tailored to your postpartum needs and preferences. I’ll plan, shop, and cook in your home so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Meal-Prep party

$85/hour plus the cost of groceries

  Gather your friends or family for a fun, hands-on cooking session where we prep nourishing meals together to fill your freezer and support your postpartum recovery.

Food is medicine, and nutrition is foundational for recovery, hormone balance, and milk supply. My approach blends postpartum nutrition knowledge with care for birthing and lactating bodies.

What’s included:

Your body and heart deserve time and space to heal. I help protect rest and guiding you in postpartum recovery: physically, emotionally, and mentally.

+ tend to light household tasks & baby laundry
+ encourage and protect nap & quiet time 

+ recognizing signs of depletion, strain, or depression

+ guidance on self-care, movement & breathwork

+ create calming rituals
+ coordinate additional support to promote rest
+ create space for emotional processing & grief

+ newborn care support (bathing, soothing & sleep)
+ support partners in their new roles

+ educate parents or rights and options 
+ advocate for inclusive, respectful treatment
+ connection to resources & referrals

Discovery Call

Schedule your complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call to connect, explore your postpartum needs, discuss scheduling options, and answer any questions about support and pricing. Partners and/or support people are encouraged to join!

In-Person Meeting

A 1-hour in-person home visit (free of charge) to connect face-to-face, discuss your vision for postpartum support, and explore whether this is the right fit to help you feel fully cared for and supported in the early weeks with your baby.

Once your contract and payment are complete, we'll schedule your 2-hour in-home visit (ideally between 32-36 weeks) to complete your intake questionnaire, organize and set up your space, and review any final to-do's before baby's arrival. 

Postpartum Support

Once baby arrives, we'll create a schedule that fits your family's needs and book your hours on my calendar. You'll also have access to a WhatsApp chat for easy, ongoing communication between visits to ensure you feel connect and supported.
